Oriana Penaloza was new to the United States and while learning English at BHS, she used the Arts, Global Communication & Information Pathways to learn another language that set the tone for her future in computer science.

Justin Amaker

As a fifth and sixth grade student at Rahn Elementary, Justin was involved in the “Rahn TV3 News,” a daily school announcement TV show where his spark of journalism began. He is now the director of Tommie Media at the University of St. Thomas.
